Have not been fishing in the republic area this year but have been elsewhere in the upper and there seems to be a lot of ice everywhere I have been. This warm up we just had wont be enough to damage it much, I would be going.

I'll be fishn squaw today, last saterday it was pretty slushy, there was about 3" of water on top the ice around our permanent shack everywhere els around the shack had about 7" of snow and 3" slush under that.
