Hello all,  a buddy and I have been throwing around the idea of building a permanent shack.  Yeah I know it's a little late in the game being Jan.  already but the snow hasn't gotten too out of control. I figure we can get something together rather quickly and on the ice before the real snow starts to fall.  Our biggest obstacle is figuring out how to do the skis.  Any suggestions would be great.

Easy to mount on the backside of the shanty, if you frame your shanty with pvc tubing and use luan plywood to skin it, it will be light and snow won't hinder it too much.  Pick up a used set of ski's for $20 bucks at goodwill and start assembly.  Send some pics when your done!  Good Luck!
