Title: Finally a Trip to Lake Powell
Post by: DrCro on Jun 01, 2019, 11:02 AM
I know everyone in here has probably been to Lake Powell, I didn't even know what it looked like until 3 weeks ago.  We went out there for a week's trip and the fishing is amazing. What a fine fishery, one of the most beautiful lakes I've ever seen. I caught a bunch of stripers and have to say their one of the hardest fighting fish I've ever caught.  They don't taste too bad either. I also finally tried Smallmouth bass, not my favorite fish to eat.

Such a great time! Can’t wait to head out again next year. The last day I finally found where the walleye were.
