"Otter" dealer in Western PA

I am in the market for a new Shanty and was interested in looking at a Otter Pro Medium Cabin pkg w/ ice camo (2 person), it has a 900 Denier Polyester Shell. Problem is I cannot seem to locate a local dealer, shipping charges on this unit are in the area of $190 if purchased on line but I would prefer to deal with a local vendor. Anyone have any suggestions. Thank you in advance.
