Nice video work . Notice those perch were gone pretty fast when old toothy came back . lol
I thought the vertical thing was cool too . I don't think I have ever seen one do that .It's amazing how fast they can go from a complete stop to full throttle !
It is amazing how many times they miss the jigs. There aim is horrible.
HUh, I guess that pretty much blew my threory about fish not looking down. I feel kinda stupid now. Mike
i actually thought the same thing, my grandpa always told me that fish will hit something above them easier than they will hit anything below them. Mabye Pike are the exception, they have really good eyesight so that could be the difference.
Not trying to side track the thread but.....I have a book on Pike and it says the complete oposite, their eyesight is horible especialy in low light conditions like over cast days.It stands to reason with me I have had exceptional Pike fishing on Bright sunny days.
Well i guess i was assuming that becasue I read a thing about tiger musky having great eyesight that pike must also, but that's wrong apparently. Oh well...
Then again we are both assuming that someone else knows what its like to see through the eyes of a Pike or a Tiger Musky...
