Arnold Brook brings back memories. I was at UMPI in the late 70's, one of my roommates had an Olds Ninety-Eight with what amounted to bald tires because he had no money for new. We would pile in with a pony keg (not recommended nowadays) and cruise the twin cities of the northeast, Presque Isle-Caribou. When the lake was solid, we'd zoom down the boat ramp and race down the lake, then lock the brakes and spin the wheel for a 2-G spin. Laughing like loons. Crazy college punks.
