Missing Frabill Trekker Wind skirt?
« on: Nov 18, 2022, 11:21 PM »
I picked up a used Frabill Trekker last year, cover was in moderate shape with a few mouse holes.  No big deal, had them repaired by a pro.  I'm thinking maybe there was some material missing when I bought the sled though, there is no kind of fabric that wraps around the base of the sled on either side, so it's just a huge wind hole coming into the shanty.  Last year I just piled up enough snow and gear to block it as best I could, but there has to be a better solution.  Is there supposed to be some kind of skirt that wraps around the base?  If anyone with a Trekker could post some pictures I would definitely appreciate it.  Then I can hopefully have something recreated to match what is supposed to be there.  Thanks!
