Big Buddy heater

 My big buddy heater was stolen this summer- The remote gas line was cut and the heater taken - This was in Norway. please keep this in mind if you see any good deals    Thanks  Shawn

I think he's asking folks to be on the lookout for the scumbags who stole his heater, when they try to sell it. We should all be looking out for the "too good to be true" deals, many times it's a scam or a stolen item.

When I first had a permanent shanty I wondered if I could leave my stuff in it.
Very few people even go out on that pond so I wasn't even gonna bother locking it. Small town where no one locks their doors.
And I wanted to leave it open in case anyone wanted to use it.
But figured I'd test it out and I got a lock for the door and I left 1 old, broken, trap in one of the (locked) plywood box benches.
They broke the door to get in and they backed out like 20 2" sheetrock screws with a Leatherman? to get into both boxes.
So...there ya go. People suck.

Had some folks here leave their porties up overnite on an in-town man-made lake a few years ago. Some punkazzes set fire to all of them. Cops were able to follow tracks to the condo on the edge of lake where they lived with their Mommies. They actually got some jail time, paid restitution, probation and a few nice hits on their record.  :callcops:

I had someone steal my high-back chair and little snack cooler out of my tonneau-covered pickup two years ago in Winter...they were the ones I used when visiting my Mom before she passed away that Winter.

LOL.
A friend's trail camera got stolen. Right after a fresh snow.
Followed the tracks to the guy's house. An adult! His wife said he couldn't come to the door because he was sick.
But he came to the door when the cops showed up.
Prob. a good idea that he waited for the cops. Got off easier. lol

When I lived in Michigan had someone pry the door open on my perm to use it as an outhouse . Nothing in it to steal..

Number one reason I will never have a permanent shack.  Too many crackheads and punks around my area.  If I need more room, will get a different flipover or hub!

X 10 on people suck.  If I find gear someone accidentally left behind, I have the wife get on Facebook, and do everything possible to locate the "right" person.  I've had a house burglarized twice, a motorcycle stolen,  and no one ever caught.  Very few things worse than a thief in my opinion. Hope you get lucky and find the losers.
