No shanty this year so I have been fishing out of truck for most of the season, bucket fish when the weather is fair, but I do bring my laptop and use my cell phone as a modem and router to access wireless internet while I fish! As far as I'm concerned it's the greatest ever!!!

Hahaha! My wife was wondering if I was fooling around on her because I'm in here so much. Then I showed her that the ratio of guys to gals in here is like, 36 : 1 and she chilled out. This place really is the next best thing to actually ice fishing.

when my wife is trying to get me on the show "Intervention" because i am addicted. so stay tuned to A&E for my ice shanty/ice fishing addiction story. but dont worry no matter what they say i am not going to treatment.

End of last year when i found out about this forum. Now instead of closing my eyes and seeing my tip-ups go off when im trying to go to sleep i put a few hours on this site to try to relieve some of my excitment about our great hard water season

Somehow, you are able to get ahold of a laptop computer and log on to say Howdy to your fellow Hardwater Fanatics, even though you are a guest in the Local Cardiac ICU Unit and you are Most Definately Not Supposed to do that ! Oh well, What are they gonna do, send me to Alcatraz ? Gotta have my Hardwater Fix !!

Thanks Pirk. I ended up going back in because of a low blood pressure situation caused by the Medicinal Margarita the 3 Cardiologists decided that I should take ! I followed their instructions to the letter and got another ambulance ride for my trouble ! After careful Consultation and Speculation and lots more Stickin and Stabbin and Bleeding on my part, by the way, the powers to be, decided that Perhaps maybe 3 Beta Blocker drugs [ Beta Blockers help to reduce Blood pressure ] is too many and could possibly lead to trouble for someone who is suffering from low blood pressure in the first place, and subsequently cause them to suffer from a low blood pressure Arrhythmia [irregular heartbeat] !! They have reworked the prescription schedule and We will see how that works ?
