Ice Conditions Ct. Valley ......4 days of rain/high temp

The outside temp at my house at 11:43AM is 46.2F. It looks loioks like paint the auger time.Chapin Pond  Monday had 5" of ice.It was not solid stuff....1" of frozen snow on the topHas anyone check the ice in the Valley??
