beer vs coffee
« on: Feb 07, 2014, 01:20 PM »
well  been thinking  and  as a  human  i'm never  content ....

it's  cold as  _______  out  ,and when i  fish i  set in the shanty with the  heat on and a  hot  cup of  coffee  remeber  those   long  summer  days  and  not  having to  drill holes ...

in the summer  i'm looking  for shade  ,panting in the  boat  sipping a  cold  beer thinking  how  nice it was on the  ice !!!!!

In summer, I laugh at how much I freeze out on the ice and wish it could stay that warm.

I enjoy my beer but a hot cup of coffee when it's in the negative digits hits the spot

Coffee when its cold out, coffee when its hot out, I don't care.  As long as I get to fish and can catch enough for a meal or two.

Well, I don't drink when I fish.....too busy catching fish ;D

Warm streams, the water's music, gills slurping on the surface, the rhythm of the fly rod....makes me warm all over.

Not long now Rick ;D Tie some flies. Makes you feel better.

Now you're talking!!!! Nothing better than fishin the Creek!

Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish.
