Trapper.   Put up a picture of the the shack and the spots where the damage is.     There a lot of quick fixes for these issues.   Got to see it first though.
PLASTICS ARE FANTASTIC  !!

trapper,
I just replaced the tent on my old Rover 1, ordered right from Shappell, cost $100 shipped in a couple days. I think it was well worth it, the sled part is still good; and the newer is much nicer, better windows and a door.
Order here: http://www.shappell.com/partsaccessories.html
