Riverfront Pond Billings
« on: Dec 05, 2013, 11:11 AM »
Went there yesterday just to make sure my gear all worked.  8" of ice total.  There was a layer about 3" and a small gap and then a layer about 4".  Just in case anyone wants to blow the cobwebs off their gear or don't want to drive these roads.

I didn't even really fish.  I mostly wanted to see how much ice was there before I drove to deadmans today.  I've only ever fished riverfront once before and there were just a lot of bluegill.  Haven't spent much time fishing around billings.

Thanks, sounds like deadmans might be the place to be to fill a bucket full of smokers.
