Hand auger to eskimo head

I need a smaller bit on my eskimo mako for fishing shallow backwaters. I have 6 and 5" strikemaster hand augers that i can use, does anyone know of an extension that will work to do what i want? Maybe the strikemaster auger extension used on the clam plate?
