Crappie fishing

I'm looking to have a action packed day of Crappie or Perch any thoughts for next weekend? Wife's out of town ;)
A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work!

Sounds like you want to head to Ontario, we do have lakes here in Manitoba that will give you #'s of perch, but they will be stunted and 'wormy'.

Star lake in the whiteshell is not bad for crappie, there is some nice size ones and if you get on them you could get some not bad numbers. Perch are in star as well but very small
