Yup! my first time catching perch too other than 1 small one when I was little. First thing up the hole was a fat 13" perch.

Nope.

Other than what we kept, we released about 15 small walleye and about 5 good perch got off the hook. Bunch of stolen minnows too. 24FOW and bellies were full of tonnes of tiny crayfish. They were even spitting them up on the ice when we caught them.

Someone will get it soon enough.... There was 24 FOW and the water was clear enough to see my jig 6 feet down. Fish bit from 8-1pm then it slowed right down for the last couple hours with just small fish showing on the flasher.

Water is too clear and and too deep and it looks like an island behind you in one picture....Lake of the woods!
