I checked two lakes in Noble County and both were fishable. The one two guys had been on this morning and the other I would have fished but was alone. Will be out again in the morning. Be safe if you venture forth. Hex

I wanted to go, just not sure.  Couldn't believe how that sun was melting stuff today.  Everything is going to be a watery, muddy, mess next week.

Got out on a few different lakes today, ice was a lot better than I expected around Angola, fishing was not

Managed a few tonight, caught most in about an hour before dark.  Good seeing you out there Hex.  Maybe I see ya tomorrow if I make it back out.  I'm done after tomorrow.  That snow ice with the large cracks in it is going to go fast tomorrow!!!!  Be careful out there if you go.

I ended up finding a few "blind" gills as well, but had to really work them to get them to commit! Good meeting you Roeboat and nice mess you ended with ! Might see you tomorrow for one last venture! Good luck if you go, be careful on the ice it's, probably not going to last after rain on Monday. I got some Perch this morning. Not the biggest but I'll take em! Hex

More than likely this was my last rodeo! Fished with Roeboat and his friend, we all caught fish but had to work for them! If this was the last trip this year, so be it, had decent ice didn't get wet and fished with good fellow shanty members! Win,Win! Here's a picture of my gills and redears! Hex

Good fishing with you and thanks for the jump start!  I was running later than I wanted to this morning and jumped out of the truck and left the lights on.  Rough morning but we got some fish!  Think I'm putting my stuff away too.

Chain pickerel like RS said, he went back and I didn't stick my finger down his throat!  He was a fat little sucker though.

There's a lot of them in that lake and if I fish it 2 or 3 times I usually catch one.  Never big enough to amount to anything.
