Be careful out there.  Ice is complete junk.  Walked on a Noble co lake yesterday about 1 and the top was still hard.  By 4 you could dip snow cones out of the top 1" with your scoup.  I broke a good section of shore ice coming off.

I guess multiple guys went through yesterday including a CO.

Look like there's more cold coming,  maybe get another chance next weekend.

I fished the same lake this morning as yesterday, but with a much tougher bite! Ice was tight this morning but I only fished till 10:00am, probably not too good this afternoon. I only got one 8 and a half inch Perch and five decent gills and redears and had to work for them. Might be about over if we get much rain, I had 53 degrees this afternoon, not good. Later Hex

Agreed, bite was very tough this morning. I didn’t mark nearly as many fish today as I did yesterday and the ones that showed were tight lipped.
