caught some tigers by the tail again

Had a chance to go after the tigers again , me and my boy. I got him some new poles and he almost out fished me. We caught about 12 a piece. And took 4 home each for the smoker. The hot ticket today was gazilla's in pink white and old ugly green. Oh yeah and the chub meat. Then we took off and went to the chub hole, scofield. Second pic. Cloudy and snowing all day. Was snow packed roads on top. Everything is passable. About 5 different groups on the lake. Ice conditions was about 5-6 inches thick at Huntington with snow on top. Scofield was about 8 inches. seen about 20 different parties at Scofield. Enjoy.  Hook em and Cook em

You might want to go to Scofield first next time. 

Scofield Reservoir, Carbon and Utah counties
• Limit 4 trout (a combined total).
• No more than 2 may be cutthroat or tiger
trout under 15 inches, and no more than 1 may be a cutthroat or tiger trout over 22 inches.
• All cutthroat and tiger trout from 15 to 22 inches must be immediately released.

If you were to be checked by a C.O. the fish you caught at Huntington could get you a ticket at Scofield.

happyheber good haul.... i feel i am a good angler but i have never been to that reservoir so i feel that i would be at a little more of and advantage if i had a person that knew what the lay of the lake looks like and all so if you ever need a partner to go with you im your guy! i have been wanting to fish that lake for a long time and just never have.
