Greenhorn ice fisherman new to the forum. Looking for info on lakes near me; Oak Lake, Lake Wahtopanah (Rivers), Lake Manitoba (West side), and Dauphin Lake. Would like to head out somewhere this weekend with a buddy of mine who knows a little more about ice fishing, but not much. Any info on these lakes regarding how the bite is, what your catching, ice access, generally good areas to fish, what to use for bait and tackle would be much appreciated. Dumb it down for me if you can. Thanks.
