Bienville Plantation. I'd love to catch a boat full of 1 to 2 pound bluegills and 2 to 4 pound shellcrackers.

Always wanted to do the Devil's Lake trip.  South Dakota, I think.  Jumbo Perch and Walleyes.
Devils Laake would be my Choice too. But its in North Dakota.

I will take an old beaver dam or brook in Maine for a handful of brookies. The country, wildlife...etc...it is insane. Not many places left like it in the lower 48!

Any kinda big game fishing.  A fish that not only fights, but can possibly fight back.  That's bad a$$!
pike - knee lake
eye - red river
craps - been there about 50 times, red lake in MN
gills - w/e lake it is that TFB goes to!
muskie - st. lawrence

Always wear clean underwear, cuz ya never know when the paramedics are gonna have to cut your pants off.

I would have to say Alaska since I lived there for 3 years while in the Coast Guard caught some nice kings while on duty off the pier, and who can forget about the huge halibut out there as well.

Open water would have to be Costa Rica for sailfish, marlin and tarpon.

Ice fishing would be finding someway to get into Northern Saskatchewan for monster pike and probably Devil's Lake for perch and walleye.

I'm lucky enough to get to Ft. Peck a few times a year so I'm spoiled as far as that goes.

My buddy caught the #2 Walleye in MT on Ft. Peck a few years back, 16 lbs. 8 oz.
What a fish!

The coast of South Africa for Great white sharks...

or... Lake Chaimplain in the U.S. or Lake Oakanoggin in B.C. Canada, for the elusive Lock ness Monster!

I'd have to agree with ya vt, there are some beautiful spots in the Allagash area that are still very remote.

I'd like to fish all over Alaska.

I think it would be cool to fish off southern USA in the mangroves, in water 3-4 feet for all the fish species that dwell in them, also It would be cool to go to Mexico for the giant largemouth bass. ;)2

Pretty much anywhere in northern manitoba is good enough for me. I can't say a specific lake cause there's way to many choose one. And somewhere in the NWT or Nunavut for arctic char when they're in their spawning colours.
pour me another one, I'm finished with the other one

Sheefish in NW Alaska or the Lower Yukon for MONSTER PIKE, still haven't topped the 70+lb mark with our Kenai King Salmon yet, I will be there again next summer, trying!

A 40+lb Striper out on Block Island RI. is up there on my list too!  Spring or fall and from the beach, of course!Don't know if I will ever see that one through though, my Mom & Stepfather are thinking of parting ways with their cottage on the Island...........One can dream and there is always hope ;D

To narrow it down to one, the Striper trip would be it as it's not in my home state.........More exotic I guess!

fly fishing for gigantic browns in new zealand has always been tops on my dream list
also anywhere in Alaska where you fly in and drift a river flyfishing for giant salmon!!!!
Mackerel fishing in Ireland last summer was really a hoot.  Reminded me of ice fishing when a bite is really hot.  I mentioned it to the natives there and they had never heard of ice fishing *winters where I was staying don't usually get below 40F*...they had a hard time believing me until my sister corroborated

The employment of effort, hard work, time, and energy put in locating fish will offend noone.
