Lakers for me, Im all about the fight not the taste, allthough it does depend on what im in the mood for quality or quantity, nothin wrong with 100 perch a day either.

Freshwater smelt are a blast too when they are biting good.  Not a big prize fish (or fighter for that matter), but just alot of fun cathing them - and they taste good too!!

Northern are a blast and rank #1 in my book.   Then some nice big gills run a close second, fun to catch and great to eat.

I'm a C&R fisherman... so it's Pike, Pike, Pike for me.
Although if tackled up right, I'll fish anything that puts up an entertaining tussle.  ;)
Fished lakers for the first time this year... they put up a fight and are addicting.

well, rainbows/cuttbows/cutthroat/browns are my favorites. Basically any trout other than a laker. I like those previous trout because they fight much harder than any other fish. Pike are number 2 because they fight hard and can get really big, and crappies are #3 because you can catch them in the night and they are tasty!!!!!!
if anybody from michigan will help me out with the lakes and stuff up here I'd really appreciate it since I'm new to the area.
