Might be time to pull the house.  Less than a month left. Here and i can only go on the weekends. Its going to be a pain in the a$$ to even get around on the lake. Are lake is starting so see lots of water spots.

We had lots of snow and slush on the lake her in N. MN but I used my Ski Doo Summit to break it up and finally got a nice frozen trail to my shack.  So with a month to go and still lots of cold weather give it a few more weeks.  Best spearing up ahead.

here in newaygo MI we have layered ice like ive never seen it .... 2 inches ice on top, then 6 inches of slush( which you can just press the auger thru without turning ), then 8 of ice that cuts way too easy (soft)....so we pulled the large shack to shore on saturday till it gets more solid or worse......the small shack on another lake I left hoping for best ( I will not need help moving that one if ice takes a turn for the worst real fast).....
