This detection paste in not cheap, but I used it many times for internal thefts & false fire alarms when I was in law enforcement. It is like grease and when the suspect gets it on his hands, the minute it comes in contact with water, it will turn a bright purple and will not be able to be washed off, it takes weeks to wear off.
