Well there ya go another group discussion zapped.

I love when blogs get removed because people voice their opinions and engage with one another as adults. I am not sure what triggered it but life is full of rainbows and unicorns and smooth calm flat water and sunshine and if you believe anything other than that dont post it here.

Hmm, I'm guessing the" Who is leaving perch on the ice at Cascade" , went poof ?

Some "Mods" are ( fill in here ).     A few choices:   Good people,  Sane, Have a lot of common sense, Have a great sense of humor, Are among the most kind hearted folks, Give their time freely on a volunteer basis, Have a great grasp of English grammar, Are slow to judge, (hmm, what'd I miss?

Agreed.  This forum has always been a little sensitive...I have been on the other states, maybe it's just Idaho?  This doesn't happen on other forums.  Especially when it's an engaging conversation...like you said, and then just gets deleted?  I would say a warning...then locked as a last thing to do.  But you don't just delete a thread that has numerous posts with what people are thinking on it.

Oh man what did I miss?  I knew I should have checked the board before going to bed.  Sure hope I didn't ruffle any feathers with my opinion on plowing the road.  Sucks that so much info for Cascade has been lost.  Seems like the administrators are cutting their on wrist acting like this.  See you all on FB.

Come back !  It's not administration, that's the good guy that founded Iceshanty.   

May I hazard, it's possibly a mistaken or misunderstood volunteer with control over what stays or goes, geared to the best they think of how a family web site should be presented and their act of judgment is all well meaning.
