going out this weekend in SE where to go?

thinking of heading to either McCook lake, Lakota lake, or Beaver lake in Yankton Co. I have fished a lot of other lakes in the SE SD areas but want to try something different has anybody fished any of these recently? Thanks for the help.

Have heard that they are catching smaller fish on Lakota.

I heard Beaver winter killed real bad not to long ago.  You may want to check out sdgfp.info.  It is the state GFP website.  They have some pretty good info along with maps.  Good stats there as well.  Hope this helps

the beaver lake that will winterkilled was in minnehaha county. The one in yankton county was not on the list. thanks for the heads up tho.

Went to beaver lake on friday walked all over the lake could only find 5ft deep says that there is 10? so we didnt even fish. went to marindahl lake and did decent caught crappie gills and catfish not a lot of size though. Saturday we went to lakota lake a caught tons of perch all 3-7 in fun but small. superbowl prediction packers 34 colts 21 saints 14
