Class Act!!!
« on: Nov 18, 2003, 11:32 AM »
I just wanted to take a moment and commend Bob Gillispie at Custom Jigs & Spins. I had a question/problem with some jigs I purchased a year ago and he contacted me immediately with an offer that was more than generous. I am very impressed with their attention to customer satisfaction and service. Not to mention that they produce the hottest perch lure this side of dynamite!
To Bob and his staff at Custom Jigs & Spins....THANK YOU!

A couple buddies of mine were pleased with their service as well.  I haven't had the need to contact them, but I can vouch for their jigs - awesome!

Fulltime,

Not sure when I talked to you!! I'm glad your were happy with how I resolved the problem. I try to think how I would like the problem handled if I were on the other end.
We try to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, however occasionally a bad lure will slip through the cracks. I'm more then happy to stand behind each and every lure we sell 100%.

Thanks for taking the time to post this for others to see.

Lets all pray for really cold weather and good fishable ice very soon.

Happy Holidays to all fellow ice fishermen and their families!!!

Tight Lines,
Bob

The size 6&8 Ratso and Shrimpo are very effective on Perch as are the Size 8, 10 Purests. For the real big Perch the Demon perch eye or the Size 6 & 8 Demon are very popular.

Hi Bob,
I was the guy with the jigs that discolored from the sun...you offered to replace them even though it was my fault. Then you even followed up to insure that I was satisified. I am going to see if maybe the darkened ones work with the clear ice conditions. Who knows? Maybe it'll work.
Thanks again
Happy Holidays
