fishing near kimball????

i live near kimbal mn and have been ice fishing on alot of lakes in my area, but i havent been to pearl. even in the summer. it looks ok. i see boats and house on the lake so it must do something. any thoughts?

Crappies were going good on the south side (right before Christmas), out in front of the 2 silos by the highway. Park off to the side of the road and walk out...
That's one of the popular spots too. People have done well on lots of areas on that lake (north, east, south, west and center). If you look at a map it doesn't show much for structure. There is a bar/flat with a decent drop off just east of the landing. There's another on the east side and on on the SW side. All can be good at times and terrible during others. Start at the weedline and work your way out (doesn't everyone say that!). There is usually a pretty good evening bite. The crappies were biting and guys were also getting into some walleyes too. Just keep moving to get into the fish...
