Holy Wah, that's a beaut!!!!!!!!!
Is the rigid insul on the floor to prevent puddling cuz you're heating with wood or just to boost r-value?  PT plywood on the deck?  No messing around here.  Gonna get it appraised?
Finally, what are your dimensions?
Nice job

The employment of effort, hard work, time, and energy put in locating fish will offend noone.

This is my first post with pics.  Glad you like!  To answer some questions, I hate being cramped.  The dimensions are 7X9 with 3/4 treated plywood, the skids are 2X12 treated with UHMC polyethylene plastic runners for easier pulling.  Awesome stuff!   Insulated on bottom to prevent loss of heat and to prevent ice from melting too fast underneath.  The stove is a LP gas stove.  Simplicity.  Wood burning is charming but a hassle.  Besides it's harder to regulate the heat.  Walls are 2X2 studs, 5.5 foot high.  I'm going to put a gable end roof on with maximum high at ridge to be approx. 8 foot.  2 windows on opposite walls.  2'X2', energy star rated sliding glass insulated lightweight windows.  Going to make my own door to conserve on weight.  I'm going to pull it with an ATV or 2 ;D.  Lots of freinds?  Hell don't we all?  Nah, just my daughters and me.  Of course the family dog.  My wife may go if it's warm, but usually she's a "city girl".  I'm trying to make it comfortable so she'll go.  12V wiring and lights, 12V TV, Oh, who can forget cooking stove!  Gourmet cooking (vension, fish, ducks, geese, partridge, pheasants, the good stuff).  I bought the outback oven from cabelas.  It runs on gas.  Has two burners and an oven!  Homemeade blueberry muffins for the kids.  Isn't this what we live for?  The chain link used to be a dog run.  Building it in my carport.  Won't fit through my garage doors!  Next I'll be moving it into the yard to finish the roof.  Government will always find ways to get your money!  Just wish I could tell them where to spend it!  Later hardwater anglers....

You may have to contract an "ice road trucker" and a rigger.

You could probably rent that out for a reception hall.
There is only one theory about angling in which I have perfect confidence, and this is that the two words, least appropriate to any statement, about it, are the words "always" and "never."

Heck, schools got me too busy, work, family.  Gonna finish next summer.  Then I'll post pics.  I have a 5700 clam portable in the mean time.
