paid $25 for the guide $50 for the frabill $200 for the eskimo

Nice picture. I ended up ordering a Quickfish 4 so it is nice to be able to compare its size to your other huts. It looks huge. Any tips for keeping it in good condition? Sounds like Eskimo has good customer service but hopefully I will never have any problems. I think I will always use all 8 anchors just to be on the safe side and put at least one in before popping it up.

My folding Ice Shack!
The walls and roof fold down so that one person can easily move it from spot to spot.   Once the walls are folded down, you simply flip it up onto its ski and off you go!  Enjoy!

Here is my man shack (or as my wife calls it man suite) I bought this as a project that someone else started i payed $600.00 for it (first couple pictures show the condition of it) it was spray foamed allready so it only needed paneling etc.. It sits next to my private 14 acre pond and will be used as a summer cabin and an ice shanty, I cant wait for ice. This will be perfect place to watch tipups and the badgers/packer games oh and maybe some hold-em too. Oh the First picture was when i was bringing it home 250 miles and the last 10 this happens lol (nothing hurt other than a hole in pontoon that was fixed. I added a picture of a northern i caught on a jig (3lb test) last year 10 minutes of fun there

No motor on it and i actually removed the motor mount (probable saved 100lbs) because if it has a motor on it it is considered a boat and must be registered and insured as a boat. Sooooo it is a shanty which is covered under my homeowners and dosnt need to be liscensed ;).  i plan on installing a small a/c this summer also. The property i own floods so i can not legally build on it this takes care of that issue also.

I have a pontoon drop down trailer that lowers it to the ice, I havent used it on the ice yet just got it done. It will be on a private pond so not somthing i plan on hauling all over. I plan on setting it over some pallets and trees i sunk a month ago. My fish cam shows the gills are loving the structure.

Makes me want to move back home!. Great pics folks  @)
Back in Maine these shanties are the norm and I always did love seeing the trick set ups that were so varied across the lake.
Doubt I will see anything like these in OH  :-\

It's 8'x8' .....the floor and benches are made with highway construction signs, the skis seperate from the house with just two bolts for ease of maintenace. This house isn't for sleepovers, the real house on shore is!

This isn't my personal shack it is a rental that we use every year on Lake Gogebic in Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
