It was great to see you guys, and congrats on your wins. As usual sounds like everyone had a great time as well as myself. It was good to see the  numbers were the highest 238 walleye checked in that is good news with the programs they have for restocking the lake. I had fun at World famous Dave's, The stories, the 28" walleye that came in, Meeting a few of the locals.Talking with Oneidawalleye on the phone. It was a good thing all you guys did backing up Dave when he was Down.I apperciate the way you guy treat me as an out of stater,I felt like one on the boys Thanks  Ron  AKA Octanehi5

Our group had 4 flags,5 if you include one of the running fish tripping another tip pup....ended up with 2 pike one 25" and ther just a hair shorter....the 25 stayed in the money for a few hours in the fed tourny.

Great contest this year with a lot of entries. I on the other hand cannot seem to catch a fish there in the past five years. Obviously I'm not doing something right. Not one flag all day and our group had 25 tipups out. Kinda disappointing but the camaraderie makes it worth it. Maybe next time.

imo...this thing has really taken off and has become one of those ..."gotta do" events of the year. I am happy with the way they publicize the event. And i can not believe the money it pumps into the LOCAL economy.. Well Done contest lou and everyone else that sponsors and helps this event and cant wait till next year.

Great job by all the staff that put on the Challenge. Great ice and weather. We were not too far from you and we entered 9 walleye that were heavy enough and one of them made us $300. We caught real nice perch and bass too.

I heard a few things in the wind, like combind the two tourneys.Have Raffle tickets just for the prizes as well as those who fish, let at least 1500 fisherman in or more. it would bring more money and increase prizes. It could easily be a $90,000  instead of a $45,000, $50 entry would be good,Make it a 24 hr derby. This is my Opinion, not tying to ruffle anyones feathers,Make everyone register the same way,Post marked envelope giving numbers as they come in.And not be postmarked before a certain date.I did hear some of your locals even complaining about it. The tourney has grown a lot in the five yrs. Its a big lake time to grow, Its more like an event thats not to be missed. The past five yrs have been great, Good job by those who worked it,Lou for the idea of that kind of event. I for one will be back
Thanks octanehi5  :icefish:

I would like to see it get bigger, but would not like to see it 24hr. chances for cheaters goes way up under the darkness of night.

1500 people is plenty for this tournament, the lake gets fished hard that day already, and parking is also an issue.i would like to see them add a few more hours to it though
