Northland Impulse is the only real standout I've found. The scent trigger works really well.

Custom Jigs & spins in black for me... but where can I find the #12 jig w/ sickle hook?  Plain or painted.

Found these on ebay... I wouldnt want to go any smaller than #10 for crappie.

They really put out a bunch of micros. The bug thing with legs in red is my favorite so far. They work really great for crappies and blue gills for sure. I've tried a bunch of the other offerings for bass and walleye over the summer too. There is better stuff out there for that. This product seems to have a panfish-centric scent.

Micro this and micro that....keep em...bigger bait equals bigger fish....1 1/2 inch tube jigs....on the largest head that you can use....fish the active fish and keep moving....

That may work first and last ice, but when you are working on lazy schools of panfish in deep water, you will likely just catch the smaller members of the school.... Micro plastics like Maki (until recently) were at least 40% of where my panfish came from. I am very certain that 40% of the panfish I caught in the last year would still be swimming if I avoided micro.

Smaller baits select larger fish, especially with bluegills.

Use the largest and heaviest jig possible at all times...speed speed speed....UNLESS you are targeting those lazy (inactive) fish...most bodies of water in New England hold enough variety of water, structure, and locations to target active fish ALL day long...if you have time to stare at a screen and wait and wait and wait, more power to you....I would rather cut a few (hundred) more holes and be certain I am fishing active fish, than wait....even when I am sight fishing I am using the largest jigs that I can....however, that is me....

  :roflmao: :roflmao:

That is the funniest thing I have ever read! The fishing in MN is so incredibly good its stupid. Come down here and try it. If you catch 5 its a pretty good day, and a 10"er is big. There is a reason we all head up to MN to fish!

What kind of plastics are those jigtwins, and where did you get them?!?!

They look awesome!

He gets them from Contraband baits. You can some of their baits on ebay or their website. I found them from in-fisherman magazine
