Thanks wyoutdoors, for posting this, Looking forward to seeing you all there, Kyle make sure you stop by and say howdy and everybody else that's going also, were going to have a great time I believe, Ice is in great shape and there's plenty of snow for your snow machines this year, word of warning for 4 wheelers, Sherriff has said they will ticket you if your buzzing down the county rds so  make sure you have your plates and orv sticker. weather suppose to be real nice also. I've had a lot of reports of walleye being caught all over the lake and of course many trout. a lot of fishermen been doing real well around wolfpoint and the rocky edges just out of the marina bay. Bishops and sweetwater have been real good to me and my buddies with jigs and live minnows. Haven't heard much past canyon creek and farther because the rds are in bad shape so if you try that just make sure you have a few trucks along incase you get stuck, don't know about the ice back there either but I would guess it to be good to fish. Everybody PLEASE be safe and I will hopefully see you when you bring that winning fish in to weigh, Good Luck
Randy

Those weather men just updated the forecast looks like snow rain mix sat (light) snow sat temps in the low 40s but I'm sure it will change by then.

I missed the boysen tourney and I'm not missing the Hawg. See you on the ice. Red EVO 1 with shanty flag on top. I realy don't know where we are staying due to all camping spots full. If you cross my path don't be afraid to say Hi.

All the spots we have with electrical hook ups are taken but there should be plenty of other camp sites available if you get there early. most campers stay down by the lake close to the fishing

:)Hey all, gonna try to make it to the Hawg Derby again this year. Last year stayed close to the water and fished just below the marina and caught a few nice Bows for the smoker but nothing to turn in. Wondering about the Sweetwater arm this year but would like to know what the travel time is from Bishops to Marina. I would be driving a 4wd pickup. Also, earlier in this thread someone asked about over ice ATV travel to Wolf's Point from Marina. Is that ugly pressure ridge there again this year? Thanks guys! ;D

As of last time I was out no ridge , traveling to the marina from bishops via truck aprx. 15-20 min, guys have traveld to the marina via the ice but that's always a little nerve racking , previous reports have told of good ice all the way across , please use caution take a buddy and good luck
