This years tourney is officially closed. I'd like to thank all the members for participating .. there were outstanding entries. I'd also like to thank all the sponsors who helped to make this possible.
Tomorrow I'll go through all of the eligible Trophy Entries. We'll also do another random drawing for IceShanty gear ! Once again thanks and congrats to all.

All of the winners listed on the Leaders Board please contact me with names and addy's.

I would like to thank everyone involved in putting this years tourny together and putting their time and effort into making it fun for everybody. I would also like to thank the sponsers for the cool prizes they donated, and thank all the members for making this years tournament more competive with tons more entries than the last years.

enjoyed every minute. what an awesome derby. congrates at all who got on the ice to wet a line and for some awesome fish and photos. Can't wait for next year tournament, but I'm defiantly about ready for open water.

Shhhhhh camo.. we still have a foot of ice. don't let the ice Gods hear ya..

nice job on the tourney guys. It's tough to make rules, get sponsors, keep everybody happy.. and all for FREE! can't beeter.. thanks alot!.. next year I hope to catch 'the big one'..

we also have still over 20" of ice and people are still driving on the lakes, too. but we need to face the facts, April 1sr - opener of trout.

Don't get me wrong, I'll be on the ice thurs. and maybe fri. too.

I hear ya boys. I could be on ice in some of our high altitude lakes till mid June.

I would also like to thank everyone for making this years tourney a success. I have never entered an on-line tourney before and I had a blast. I know a few boys from my area were upset because they signed onto iceshanty after the tourney started. They are definitely going to be on board next year.

I did browse over last years tourney and this years is a big improvement. Nice to see so many freshly caught fish. If you need help on next years tourney, just let me know.

PS: Sorry for bumping you off the leaders board Thriller. If you travel out to beautiful BC, I will take you out salmon fishing in some of our rivers. Show you a good time on the river nailing 25-65lb springs. Or if you come in winter, we could hit a laker spot, or burbot hole.

to the organizers. It has been a lot of fun and I have learned a bit about some species that are less / not available in my part of the world. Congrats to all the winners.

Tgf - there isn't anyone left in Terrace any more so I don't get that way as often as I used to, but we are in Edmonton frequently enough and could be convinced to spend a couple of days farther west. I'll keep you in mind on my next western road trip.

Thank you mods and tourney organizers for another great tourney this year. The changes such as option to upgrade made for a much more interesting and fun event I think.
