Title: Soup and Casserole Time

I use fresh spinach with this. Too soggy for me with frozen. Can't never squeeze enough water out.  ::) Again...any fish works.

Made the Cheesy fish fillets w/ spinach for dinner tonight & it was awesome ! I did use fresh spinach & cooked it down a bit w/ some garlic & onion. Used Walleye .Pretty easy recipe. I will be making this again. Not a big fan of fried fish , so this really worked well.

Glad you liked it SB. I use Walleye as well. I'll be making the chowder this weekend.
