Prince George Bait

Wondering if anyone knows where to pick up herring/smelt or anything similar to that. Superstore only has mackerel right now, and that's not quite what I'm looking for.

I have read the regulations and I'm sure I'm complying with them.

If your set lining it might be legal.... but as bait to jig with, think you might be bending the rules
