Had a Crappie Evening

Hit a local hole and had a good evening. Ice was sketchy. Open water and partially refrozen pressure ridges.

Caught a decent perch first thing. Which my wife's dog promptly started eating when I wasn't looking...




Evening bite came around and i did pretty good.

Nice Crappies Redneck. Looks like your buddy enjoy himself to. Cliff W. reported pressure ridges on Lake Vermillion over on Lakes state Fishing this A.M. Going to be interesting after we get the snow their predicting this week.

Must be nice! It was 61 F at 03:00 in Omaha this morning.glad to see someone is getting out!

I was out in the black hills thanksgiving week visiting my wife. Mid 70s all week, hit 80 in western Nebraska that week!


It's been pretty sketchy around here. Suppose to drop tonight and make good ice through the weekend.





I did pretty good last night and the bite seemed to last later. Fog had rolled on by the time I headed for shore. I'm glad I had navionics, otherwise I might have just stayed the night instead of chancing a swim.
