Smithers yes, Cache Creek occasionally but the rest No. Kamloops an hour out of Cache Creek has a tourney that I go to. However in the last 3 yrs I have only gone once as it has been cancelled due to ice conditions (lack of).

I know some of the guys that i worked with in West Van, that hit higher elevations for sledding.....and not too far to go for icefishing as well.....less than an hour....VC...10 minutes up the hill from west van you go from 50 degrees plus some winter days, and you can have 10 plus feet of snow.....might have to do some digging to hit the ice for fishing, but I know some have....Grump
