Will Merritt have enough ice by the 29th..  Will they re-schedule if not?

They will.  If the ice isn't too good by then they will probably move the boundary from the mouth of the boardman to Beeds and congest the tourney to the more protected part.  The sun doesn't hit the Boardman Access area ice for many hours of the day.
