Caught around 30 pike there last Saturday. Biggest was 7.5 pounds. I did lose off a very big fish, when it took off the ice line cut my finger and I dropped the line. When I got the line back in my hands he was gone.

jthurs, not trying to get your secrets, but how deep were you setup?  I was in 10-12 FOW near the reef on Sunday and it was slooooww.  One small pike all day.

Fish shallower this time of year. 8' or less. We did ok on Missisquoi a couple weeks ago but not spectacular. I think we set up a little to deep. A friend of mine was there the same day set up a little shallower and killed it with several double digit pike.
Hard water Tight lines Flags up. Doesn't get any better than that

I was in 7 to 10 feet of water. The big fish I lost and one other nice pike were in about 7 feet
