Pan fried, un-fileted bluegill. Not as "tidy" to eat as filets but as they say..."the closer to the bone, the sweeter the meat" ...yummy  :thumbsup:

tough to beat a pile of pan fried blue gills, although walleye in butter and onions comes a close second

nothing beats a cajun battered and fried crappie filet. But the best fish i have ever eaten was a freshly caught black drum in North Carolina.

I voted crappie but nothing beats fresh perch cooked on the ice.

Striped bass fresh or salt water! You can grilled, fry, bake, or broiled them just remove the red flesh, and enjoy. (I haven't try them as sushi yet)!
