Hit GM Robinson store today. It's almost empty but still great deals all clothes hunting or casual 60 percent off,all fishing 70 percent off all fly fishing 80 percent off. I bought a pair off bibs H20 waterproof,insulated,camo, for 56.00 , GM ice impulse plastics,.30 a pack of 15. Smallest barrel swivels for ice fishing or fly fishing 8.00 a pack 1.40 sales price 3 boxes of Turkey loads 17.99 sale 10.20. I'm done. They had a lot of Black cloud steel shot 40 percent off. I would have bought some but I've got about 30 boxes of assorted steel shot sitting in my ammo cupboard already.

Maybe we should start a summertime ice deals thread? I found brand new Baffin Titans for $48 last summer, hopefully this year I can find a deal on a clam plate. It might sound crazy, but I do most of my ice shopping in July and August and most of my open water shopping in December and January. More often than not stores mark down their last year's stock heavily because they want to get it out of the way for the new stuff coming in soon.

I got predator bibs from gander for 119. Picked up the hardwater jacket for 128.

Also picked up some Baffin Wolf boots for 120 from 'Herb' Phillipson's.

I just picked up my son a whole Striker Ice Predator outfit for $220.46 including PA tax. You can't beat that.

They have the best deals on striker ice stuff I've seen so far. Picked up a hardwater jacket for $119 shipped including tax. Just great deals.

Wonder how many were ordered just off this site, they may have ran out of stock.

Predator bibs and a climate jacket, just got of the phone with Gander and nothing they can do. Bibs are canceled for sure and the jacket has not shipped, so not looking good for me. BTW the order was placed on the 8th

Yeah, its very irritating when you order something and then days later find out its not even in stock. Had it happen with the President reel...but I would have been super mad if it was a jacket or bibs...

The same thing happened to me when I ordered from Field and Stream. Placed the order and then got an email the next day saying order cancelled and my credit card would be reimbursed. I called then back and, after a frustrated but civil conversation, they upped my first time purchase from a 15% discount to a 30% discount on my next first time purchase.

Yea got the F-----g good news from Overtons Email just a couple of minutes ago. My Striker suit got cancelled! Funny it was shipped last Wednesday but now they don't have any? I called GM they are out of all Striker suits also.

I should add, I did then purchase a pair of muck Boots for my wife with this discount because I was happy with their customer service (even after being so upset about my cancelled hardwater bib purchase). Bought a pair of hardwater bibs online from Up North Sports for $184 just last week after this all went down.
