I plan on it. With the cold weather on its way should be good to go by next weekend and some of the higher elevation lakes.

ADK's . See there are some places that have had only 2 days ( tues & weds) that have been above 32 in the last 12 days. Last week lows were 10 deg and steadily below freezing every night.
No rain , only light snow. No not the high peaks, it was actually warmer up there.
High today was 31 so ice ain't melting, even with tues high of 35 and cloudy not much was lost.

Like I said being optimistic. Little to no ice anywhere in NY state right now. Maybe after a week plus of freezing temps and we should be walking on water. 3" and I'm fishing.

its looking good for cold temps for all of us to make ice so just be patient it will come

I heard the mighty Oneida hath froze and is driveable. You should stay there, every wall mount you could possibly think of! Walleye in absolute abundance!

I have a dollar bet with someone that my auger will be wet, from north country water, before the first of the year. I do not want to lose that dollar!
