If I was you I'd make the sides as panels so you can pile each of them on top of one another on top of a sled to take out with you and when you get there screw them together.  Because of your limited space in your car, I'd make it just high enough that it breaks the wind when you're sitting down.  The lightest material I can think of you can use for the outside is the PVC roofing panels that they sell at the Home Depot for about $14.00 for a 26 inch by 96 inch sheet.

Maybe coroplast would be lighter then the pvc sheets.   Coroplast is plastic cardboard.

Is the coroplast cheaper and waterproof?

I thought half inch for the floor and quarter inch for the walls.

I made a basic sketch but can't post it , I have an ipad and don't know how.

I don't know about coroplast but the PVC panels I posted about are 26 inches wide by 8 feet long, weigh 4 1/2 pounds, are pretty strong, and they are definitely waterproof.
