Fished it today through 5" of ice. 6 anglers while I was there came and went. Huge population of dink perch. Found fish in the 28-29' area I usually fish. Tried maggots, chunk of night crawler and perch eyes on a small black jig. Eyes out fished everything else hands down. At times huge schools of fish 2-4' deep would be on the scope. Biggest perch I saw caught was 8". Most were 5-7 with a few smaller and larger. Fillets from the 36 I cleaned weighed just 14oz.  Pretty dismal but I wanted some fresh perch. :-)
