Good first day!

 Got out with a good friend Friday. First pond we checked wasn't safe yet so we headed to a small 20acre pond and found 4inches of solid black ice game on!The bass were biting good ended up with30 bass and 1big crappy all bass were nice no small ones 3 over 3lbs!

Checked my local ice today with yer small chisel..........LOVE IT! The thing chipped hundreds of inches from my traps last year on Champ....-20  without wind the entire 5 days....My traps NEVER came out.......

Yes was a good time John hopefully we will be out there again Saturday with snaggletooth and ice warrior :icefish:
