Clearwater pond? ice conditions?

I usually fish in york/cumberland counties, close to home, but my wifes friends moved their southern husband back to maine this year and we rented a house on clearwater pond in industry next weekend. Hoping to introduce them to icefishing and wondering if anyone could give me an ice report...   thanks in advance!
