I went to winnie last year and I think it cost about $30 for fishing license for a year.  You have to buy a license for a portable shanty in minn and I think it was around $25.  I heard you can get you fishing license on-line for minnesota starting the 20th of this month.

go to the minnesota DNR site and you will able to get all the info you need,  plus you can get all the licenses you need right online
