Caught 6 splak 2 whitefish in 10 ft of water today ice 8 in good ice some white on top saw lots of fish in my camera

Anyone able to give me an update on ice conditions in muinising? Planning on making a trip up to fish for burbs and splake. Its a long trip and I'd hate to get all the way up there to have poor ice conditions. Thanks in advance guys

Takes about the length of an auger to pop a hole. Few inches of hard packed snow on top.

Does anyone know the ice condition in trout bay?? Was there last week and ice was good. Just don’t want to make the trip from Marquette if ice blew out. Thanks

As of yesterday it was still there based on the overhead satellite photo.
