I know its not April, but with most of the ice off the lake do you guys think it would be a good time to try fly fishing for pike? Or is the water too cold yet?

Right when the ice goes off is best as the back bays warm up faster than the rest of the lake. My guess is that they are pre-spawn and eating now.
